I ordered a knife sharpener through amazon supplied by BIC Warehouse. Instead of the sharpener an accessory arrived.

Numerous emails and 2 weeks later I was told "My supervisor said that the motor is always sold separately. She said we can offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the item, otherwise you can return." This is a blatant lie and the complete sale is nothing less than fraud.

The sharpener as advertised is clearly a complete unit including the motor, and the motor is not advertised separately on Amazon either.

Shocking service all round. Amazon should remove them from supplier list.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer service.
